| Q. | How Long Will It Take to Arrive? |

All Canvases and Stretcher bars are
made to order. Our normal manufacturing time is 5-6 working days, after which they are despatched (leave our workshops).
For England,Wales and Scotland (excluding Highlands):
If you choose
Royal Mail First Class then it may take up to 48 hours after despatch to arrive. Only availbale for certain orders.
If you choose
Silver Delivery your order will be there the day after despatch
If you Choose
Gold Delivery your order will be there the day after despatch by 12pm
If you Choose
Saturday Delivery your order will be delivered on a Saturday.
For Scottish Highlands, Grampian Region & Isle of Wight:
Standard delivery is normally 1-3 days from despatch. Royal Mail First Class as Above
For UK Offshore, the Republic of Ireland and Europe:
Standard delivery is normally within 5-7 days from despatch.
Art materials in stock are usually despatched within 48 hours of us receiving the order. |

61kg - 80kg = £25
81kg - 100kg = £30
101kg - 200kg = £40
201kg and over £55
Gold Delivery
Up to 80kg = £29.38
Saturday Delivery
Up to 80kg = £32.90
For Scottish Highlands,Grampian Region
1.1kg - 4kg = £10
4.1kg- 10kg = £21.15
10.1kg - 20kg = £29.38
20.1kg - 30kg = £43.48
30.1kg+ - 40kg = £52.88
For Isle of Wight

For UK Offshore (inc Northern Ireland), the Republic of Ireland and Europe:
All orders placed for UK Offshore, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Europe will be processed by us as a Quotation. This is in order that we can get the best possible shipping price for you. We shall contact you confirming the carriage surcharge and request payment at this stage to complete the order.
This cost is per whole order and not per canvas. Prices include VAT. |
